Learning Design Done Right, Virtually
Leadership is more important today than ever. As change is thrust upon the legal sector from all sides - a global pandemic, a renewed movement for civil rights, industry disruption, generational shifts, and more - the pressure upon law firm leaders is unprecedented. Yet few are well-prepared. According to research jointly conducted by The Tilt Institute and LawVision:
- Just ⅔ of law firms offer any leadership training to lawyers
- A typical law firm partner gets less than 12 hours in annual leadership training
- Only 32% of law firms offer a dedicated leadership program to partners

What We Teach: The Leadership Journey
The leadership journey is lifelong. As one advances along the path, both personally and professionally, she evolves. We recognize each individual’s unique place on this path and design curriculum to meet the needs of our learners. Our program targets four key areas of the leadership journey:
Leading Self – e.g., self-awareness, strengths, leadership styles, emotional intelligence, core values, leading by following
Leading Others – e.g., culture and belonging, what motivates people, how to influence others
Leading Process – e.g., effective meetings, delegation, feedback
Leading Change – e.g., how people react to change, Kotter’s principles of leading change, what makes change successful
I was pleased and surprised at how personal it was given that it was remote learning. The personal interaction with the small groups was very valuable too.
