For over two decades Marcie Borgal Shunk has shepherded law firms through significant transformation. As President and Founder of The Tilt Institute, she has helped thousands of leaders harness the transformative power of talent, culture and leadership. She is the creator of the seminal program, Leadership Foundations – a high-impact, virtual interactive development program designed to offer essential leadership skills and practical solutions firms can implement immediately.  Her services include:

Marcie is proud to hold two fellowships, four certifications in culture and coaching, and several board advisory positions. She’s a frequent contributor to The American Lawyer, Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg Law, and speaks regularly about leadership, culture and legal trends. Marcie has a sociology degree from Harvard.
